What is the warranty on your products?

We typically match the manufacturer’s warranty, often offering a 90-day warranty for most products and a 30-day warranty for rigid scopes. Extended warranties may be available upon request.

Are your products new? What condition are they in?

Our products are offered in new, refurbished, or used conditions, all clearly labeled. Each item undergoes rigorous testing to ensure quality.

Can I extend my warranty after it expires?

Do you test your products?

What voids my warranty?

Warranty may be voided by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Damage from accidents or neglect is also not covered.

 

90-Day Return

Our standard warranty begins the day your product(s) are received. All consoles, monitors, drills, attachments, and similar equipment include a 90-day warranty. This warranty covers any defects that may arise during normal use within this period of coverage.

30-Day Warranty

All rigid scopes are covered by a 30-day warranty from the delivery date. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects found upon receipt. We ensure any necessary repairs or replacements are managed within this thirty-day period, ensuring your scope works as expected.

Stryker Terms

AA Medical is required to ensure that, as a condition to our resale of equipment by Stryker Corporation and its affiliates (“Stryker Products”), each Buyer must agree: (i) to refrain from using, and selling for use, the Stryker Products within the United States; and (ii) to export all such Stryker Products outside the United States. The exportation requirement applies to all Stryker Products you, as the Buyer, purchase from AA Medical, whether you make your purchase directly from AA Medical, or indirectly through eBay.com or other similar online marketplaces. If AA Medical, discovers that you, as the Buyer, have not complied with this exportation requirement of Stryker Products and AA Medical, may recover all damages suffered by AA Medical, as a result of such violation, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
